Hi,

I have a reasonably new KD-55A1 (6 months) which worked perfectly upto this last update (Dolby Vision). Since then my screen goes black when watching flashing images but sound and subtitles continue as normal. Streaming tv is affected the most i.e. Netflix and Amazon Prime.

I have updated the apps and done a screen refresh, but the problem has not been solved.

Is this a warranty issue or has others had the same issue and found a fix?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Keith

Hi Keith,

I would recommend trying a soft reset on your TV which should help. You can find more details on how to perform this here.

Let me know how you get on?

Cheers,
