Welcome to the Sony Community.

I would suggest trying a reset of your TV which should help.

Let me know how you get on?

Hi.

Hoping someone can help me. Purchased my new 49” Sony Bravia XE8396 a couple of weeks ago and at first I was really happy with it but the last couple of days the motion blur I am experiencing is ridiculous. It makes it unwatchable. Is there anything I can do or does it sound like a fault? I have motion flow on smooth. Have also tried custom with smoothness and clearness at maximum and nothing works.
