We have sony bravia tv as kdl43w800c it shows power or may be ethernet connection with red indicator light with buffering. We just cannot switch on please help how can we solve this ASAP.

Can you tell me if you've tested the batteries on the remote?

Could you also try unplugging the TV for 30 minutes.
