just bought KD-43XE8396 updated firmware but when i tune in digital chanels all tune ok except hd chanels any ideas to why not

Hi jeffsparks,

Have you made sure that the antenna system is working as it should? Was it working fine before getting the new TV? If so, I'd recommend resetting the TV to factory settings and trying to tune all channels again. (I'm assuming you are not using an external box to tune the digital channels here).
