    <description>&lt;P&gt;We bought this TV last year and while all is generally very good, it has a habit of disconnecting from Sky every ten minutes of so, then reconnecting a couple of seconds later. Until now I have let this is fault slide, until some friends of mine saw this and said it was unacceptable and needs to be fixed. is this a common issue and how do I resolve it?&amp;nbsp; Thanks,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please first check that your TV has the latest firmware installed (v6.2858). If it does, it might then be worth performing a reset. You can &lt;A href="https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/articles/00170595" target="_blank"&gt;follow the instructions here&lt;/A&gt; to do this.&lt;/P&gt;
