Brought a new sony bravia tv 4k KD55EX9305 couple of months back and it is a fantastic tv however, after three weeks the worst thing happened there i am making dinner listening to a music dvd when i hear a popping sound not taking much notice thinking my hearing had gone. my heart sank when i turned to find vertical lines on theTV and a crack running along the bottom. I AM GUTTED, my question is help where can i get a replacement panel so im hoping someone at Sony can help me.

The standard 12-month warranty should be more than enough to cover a two-month-old set.

And your redress is with the retailer you bought it from; so go back to them, and ask for a replacement.

Should be straightforward enough, as long as you can satisfy them that this was a fault with the set, and not accidental damage that you somehow caused.
