&lt;P&gt;That sounds very frustrating.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I would suggest trying a reset or a Factory Data Reset on your TV which should resolve the issue.&amp;nbsp; You can find more details on how to do this&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/articles/00170598" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Sony Model: KDL-32CX520</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After a software upgrade, I now have a problem I cannot seem to resolve and it is driving me insane can anyone help please !!!!The screen now reads under connection results.... Cable Connection- OK;&amp;nbsp; Local Access - Failed;&amp;nbsp; Internet Access - Failed.&amp;nbsp; I have checked the router and the internet&amp;nbsp; connection in the house and it is perfect.&amp;nbsp; The router is not beside the TV but I have a wired connection and the connection is showing a perfect signal?????&lt;/P&gt;</description>
