Digital Manual Tuning (KDL-55W805)

I want to tune one digital channel on my KDL-55W805 TV manually.

The digital set-up menu includes an item called "Digital Manual Tuning". However, it is greyed out. When selecting it, the TV says "Not available with current settings".

The reference manual does not say ANYTHING about Digital Manual Tuning, the online i-Manual lists it and explains briefly how to use it, but does not give any suggestions as to why these options would not be available.

Can anybody help?

Your TV, is it KDL-55W805A or KDL-55W805C?

Also, what country are you located in?

According to the the KDL-55W805A manual - availability of [Manual Programme Preset] and its options may vary depending on the region/country/situation.
