New to the forum.My Smart tv keeps going on a loop tv will start up and then i gat a pop up saying

"unfortunatly system software update has stopped.I then get more pop ups

Then the tv shuts down-then restarts

tv will not shut down from remote but when i press shutdown at the back it powers off but then starts up again without pressing anything

can anyone help

Have you tried unplugging it totally and leaving it for

about a minute before plugging it back in and switching on?

Yes ive tried that and unfortunatly doesnt work just keeps restarting and into the same loop
