4 On Demand keeps getting stuck

I have a Sony Bravia Android KD 55XD80xx

when watching 4 on Demand it gets stuck during the adverts. The only way we have managed to fix it is by turning the TV off and then on again. Is there a fix for this ?

Welcome to the community.

It might be best to reset the TV to its original factory settings. You can do this by following the instructions here.

Alternatively, you could try contacting Sony Support about this.
