Is there anyone willing to help me out.I have got sony bravia w800c tv from malaysia. By mistakely I have updated the firmwire.cause of latest firmwire update its cause alot of bug

1.3D setting sometimes show sometime don't while playing from USB

2.Action menu does not work most of the times

3.3D glass pairing does not work

Is there anyway i can downgrade firmwire please help me guys

Hi there

You cannot downgrade the firmware im afraid. You can update it if the version is higher than the one installed.

What country are you located in?
What country firmware have you installed
What is the current firmware version installed at the moment?
