Hello

I have a new Sony Bravia android tv and cannot get the sky news app to function at all. It loads but will not play any recorded material or show the live news feed.

Any advice please?

Which model TV do you have and have you tried rebooting?

Thanks, my model is KD49XE8005
I have tried a soft re-boot, is there anything else I can try, I am not
sure if the sky news app is up to date but there is no way to individually
check for updates.
