KD-49X8309C - Boot loop after 1 month turned off and on her packged

Hi everyone,

Recently had my TV KD-49X8309C saved on her original packaged for more then one month, today when I turned on it keeps on boot showing only "Sony" name and restarting endless times in a matter of seconds between which time it boots. Can't find a way to reset or fix this issue so far neither why it happen.

If your KD-49X8309C continues to restart while trying to boot, it's best to contact Support about this for further assistance.

Hi,

I did contact this morning and reset, then appear an upgrade but the TV is on 6.0.1 and should be on Android 7.
