KDL 55W807C Android TV - remote does not react after long standby

Hello, i have a problem with SONY KDL-55W807C (Android TV 5.1.1).

if i will turn off tv from remote controller and leave it for 4-5+ hours and then trying to turn it on again, screen turns on but remote controller stops reacting, i have tried buttons from the rear of tv and they are not reacting too.

Same problem does not happen if i turn on/off tv within < 1 hour, i have tried disabling/enabling Bravia Sync (PS4 is connected), idle standby, eco mode, sleep timers. but without results

can anyone help?

Hi there

I guess the first two steps to try in the troubleshooting process is:

Please ensure you have the latest firmware installed
Perform a factory reset of the TV - instructions HERE

Give that a go and see if it helps

it doesnt work( with usb update or factory setting) help please
