MPEG playback lagging - 55x9005C

Hi,

I've a KD-55x9005C (FW PKG3.925) and the MPEG playback is not working well at all. Sound and picture is lagging.
The files plays well on other devices with much lower hw specs.
I've tried many players, native, bs-player, archos and VLC. All of them have problems playing MPEG files.
Is this a know problem/bug and is there any solution?

Just out of interest have you tried MX Player?

Other members have had problems with VLC etc, so it may be worth a try.
