TV remote skips 3 Sky options when using navigation buttons

Hi there,

Some help required please.

I have set up my TV remote to control my Sky box but when I use the UP navigation button the Sky banner scrolls 3 channels instead of 1.

I can't find any settings to adjust this.

Any ideas?
