[KDL-43W75xC] tv buttons & remote become unresponsive

after a while of being on the TVs buttons and the remote become unresponsive & the only way to resolve it is by unplugging the power lead from the back of the tv. This is becoming really annoying.

Anybody got got any ideas?

The buttons on the back of the tv become unresponsive too, didn't see that mentioned.

Same here. The remote become unresponsive almost every day.

Everytime it returns to work after about 20-30 seconds, but it's very irritating.

Yes the issue was solved in previous firmware but came back with latest firmware.

I have this, until now, only in Settings Menu and not Channels browsing or inside Apps.

Reported this to Sony in my country and they forwarded issue to headquarters.

If this happens just wait for 20 seconds....

Yes it is happening to me too , it's why I'm here, hopefully find the answer here.

Thought it may have been a Bravia Sync issue with my PS4 as I use my TV remote for the blu ray.

But Ive turned all the sync off.
