Hi,

I have the above two products and have been working in sync for last 6 months. Recently (last 1-2 weeks) the sound bar wont turn on with the tv, the tv remote wont control the volume either. Also the tv used to turn on automatically when a device (Sky or XBOX One) was turned on. But that has stopped working to. I have tried different HDMI cables which makes no difference. Rebooted the tv multiple times.

What should I try next? Getting highly frustrated with it.

It could be sky that is messing up with HDMI-CEC features. Try disconnecting it and resync your braviasync device list. If it works fine, you could start thinking connecting sky via an HDMI cecless cable/adapter

It's the Sky Q 2tb box, would that still cause an issue?

Don't know for sure if they fixed the problem in newer product it's worth trying in my opinion.

Did you try to turn off and unplug your TV & soundbar ?

Me have issue with Bravia sync & CT790 sometime and hard reset of soundbar can fix this.
