TV with 3 thick black vertical lines

Hello

i have a android tv KD-49XD8088 and today 3 black thick vertical lines have appeared, thicker at the bottom of the screen and fading higher up the screen, they sometimes flickerand disapear ocasionally but reappear after a few seconds.

i have turned the tv off/on

i have turned the virgin box off/on

played DVD to make sure it wasn't the signal, still lines with a DVD playing

It actually disappeared for over a week but reappeared today so maybe its a signal problems but its the same problem if i play a DVD also
