Hoping you can advise or help

I have just purchased this TV, my first Sony SMART.

I moved from Samsung due to the last TV lasting 2 days before it went faulty.

At present setting everything up, however I have noticed when the TV goes into Stand-By then back out. The Samsung Surrond System powers up, the TV says sound from Audio Station. Then there is nothing, no sound at all. The TV says on Surrond, if I turn this off it defaults to TV.

The only way to get the sound back is to Hard Power the TV down, then it will power up switch the Surrond on through ARC. THe sound is back, again in and out of Standby no sound.

Hope someone can share a few thoughts...

There could be a compatibility issue - you could try disabling BRAVIA Sync to see if that helps?
