KDL43W755C struggling to get the digital tuning to work?

Hi there!

New member. Bought Sony KDL43W755C 43 Inch Full HD Freeview HD Smart TV and am stuggling to get the digital tuning work. Scan not detecting any channels. So registered here to ask about same, but now lost and can't find how I can post this query in the community forum. Thanks for any help.

Only reason i can think of is you selected the wrong connection i did it myself i selected cable when should of been antenna. If you tried both connections and your still getting nothing try a factory reset.
