2015 control on late 2016?

Hi. I have a XD8005 Sony Android tv. I've lost my remote, and it looks like a new one is $60+.

Does anyone know if the SONY NFC RMF-TX100E will work on newer TVs?

Unfortunately it doesn't - you need to have the RMF-TX200 for the late 2016 models.

Hi there

I believe that remote control will not work with your TV model. It is always best to get the correct remote control for the TV.

A search for the RMF-TX200E indicated that its about £45. Although as you mention $$, you may not be in the UK
