Sound gone on all but the HD channels on Sony Bravia KD-55X8509C

The sound has gone on all channels, recordings etc except for HD channels and records. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be most welcome. It started after I tried to stream a HD movie from Google play (Rouge One).

Hi there

Try doing a 'soft reset' - Press and hold the power button on the remote control for more than 6 seconds and the TV should reboot itself - a message will be displayed on the screen saying TV will now reboot or something like that.

I gave that a go but the TV is still only giving audio on the HD channels...
