How can i view the list of running programs such as android phones

and how can I clear applications from memory

Go to Settings - Apps

You can see every Downloaded apps, System app or Running apps. You can clear every app's cache by selecting and Clear cache. Do Not Clear data because you might need to re-adjust some apps from the beggining.

You can also go to Settings - Storage & reset - Storage - Cached data - Clear cached data for all apps
