43w805c motion and blacks problem

43w805c-2015 bought

when bought, tv had 2 problems

1.crashing after changing chanels, very oftenly

2.very, very, poor sharpness of picture.

In april 2016 software update completly resolved this problems, but but with that update came two completly new problems since then:

1.no processing of motion, meaning: that in any mode(truecinema custom standard smooth clear and off) motion is rough and desperate, just like that reason is absence of any processing of motion.

2.no more black levels, meaning: at sony tv s, color temperature mode" expert "activate higher black levels(lg has separate command just for black level) in any picture mode, but from april 2016 update there is no blacks in any picture or temperature mode.

Sonys software engineers are really really really.........bad

Hi there

Considering that the re-start of the Marshmallow FW rollout is imminent HERE - I would advise waiting until you have updated the firmware. Once you have updated, do a factory reset. If the factory reset fails to help, please post back on the forums.

did marshmallow update via usb and after factory reset.Problems still exists
