sony smart TV 75XD9405 Pin number? huh? never put one in. HELP!

We've just tried to watch channel 5 on demand and the TV is asking for a pin number. We have never put a pin number in it.
My husband had a quick look online and all he can find is that he'll have to totally RESET the TV, which he refuses to do because he's been fiddling with it for two months 'to get it perfect'.

Anyone know how to put in this .. magic pin number? WHAT is the pic number? why can't we watch catch up tv without it?
We're totally lost and he won;t reset it.

Any help gratefully received!

Hi there

I had this issue the other week too in regards to watching Demand5. I have forgotten the exact steps but you need to disable Parental Lock for streaming sites in the TVs settings.

My default pin was 1234 good luck.
