Info bar showing input/date/time stuck

Hi!

Recently an information bar as appeared at the top on my screen when I switch on my PS4 and change the input to HDMI 1. I have pressed every button on the remote and yet the bar remains firmly at the top of my screen!! Super annoying!!

I have pressed the i+ button more times than I can count with no success. The bar remains when I switch back to 'Digital', in fact it stays at the top of my screen for any input I select.

The bar dissapears once the TV has been turned off for several hours but always comes back after a few days (might be a coincidence that it happens when I turn on my PS4)

Any help would be appreciate as I am at a loss! Many thanks in advance!

Hi there

Try simply rebooting the TV - Press and hold the power button on the remote control for more than 6 seconds and a message will appear on screen indicating that the TV is about to restart.

See if that works.
