HI PLEASE COULD HELP. I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY 5 DIGIT PIN CODE FOR THE TV. WHERE DO I FIND IT OR CHANGE IT?

Hi there

Can you please tell me which 5 digit code you are referring to? Is it the Parental Lock - if so, thats a 4 digit password.

At the top left corner it's says Video Unlimited Enter PIN

underneath Please enter the PIN for my email address.

Then PIN the 5 boxes.

The following instructions should allow you to reset your pin number. You will need to reset it via the SEN website
