Video & TV Sideview app unable to update channel list

Hi,

I'm trying to get Sideview set up as I'm using Satellite and so the EPG on the TV doesn't work.

I have successfully registered the device (43XD8099 tv) and when I go into network settings > Renderer access control > custom settings, I can see that Video & TV Sideview is on on the tv but when I try to update the channel list from the tv (so that I can use remote recording) it just says: "The operation couldn't be completed. (EPGError error1.)"

The TV and iPad are both on the same network.

Any ideas?

Update:

Now working, not sure whether it was resolved by time or the fact that when I tried it this evening the TV was switched off.

Thanks for posting back its working again. I guess its the old'e IT fix "Switch it off and on again"
