KD49XD7005 - dark stripe after start

hello,

when turning on the TV, an about 2 cm wide stripe alongside the right bezel (from the top to almost the bottom) is much darker than the rest of the panel. After about a minute or so it disappears as the TV "warms up" and there are no further issues.

Is there any reason for concern (the TV is 2 weeks old) or is this considered normal?

Hi there

I wouldnt consider this normal to be honest. As the TV is new, I would contact the retailer and get them to exchange it.
