Sony Bravia, how to access 3D when there is no button on the remote?

How to access 3D on my Bravia KDL-50W809C?

The remote does not have a 3D button.

Just bought a new TV and there is no guide to how to use the remote.

Previously I owned a little olderversion of this TV and it had a brilliant a-z guide troubleshoot guide. You found an issue and it guided you step by step on how to fix it or do it.

This remote/tv doesnt seem to have any of that.

Hi there

Normally the 3D options display themselves in the 'Action Menu' upon playback of 3D content.

Unfortunately there is an issue currently that this option doesnt appear in certain circumstances. See:

You can also use the app on a smartphone or tablet called Video and TV SideView.

i am facing the same problem that couldnt watch 3d movies on kodi my brand is KDLW800C.Please upgarde the software and add this feature in menu

Work-around:

Use the Video and TV SideView app on a smartphone or tablet. Alternatively, if you have a previous generation remote control, this has a dedicated 3D button which works.

Just bought a sony DVD player, like you remote does not have a 3D button. However my tv remote did have a 3D button and that function as the 3D on off selector. Hope this helps.
