Hi there

For quite some time, there has been an issue with these TVs in regards to the information displayed from connected devices via HDMI-CEC - see HERE

I am assuming that the resolution displayed in the information bar at the top is simply the HDMI signal detected and not the actual native resolution of the content playing back.

As far as I am aware, there is no way to change the upscaling from TV to PS4

Cheers

Hi

I guss there is something wrong in my display or picture settings, but currently everything ( as in every game or anything else ) is displayed in 4k resolution, regadrless if the game or application actually supports it. For example game Trackmania Turbo does not support 4k as far as i know and should be in 1080, but the info button on tv says 4k resolution. Same goes for Shadow of mordor and Infamous first light ( when the lower resolution option is selected ).

I have set resulotion to automatic on ps4 so i guess is should be switching, but still everything in 4k... The problem is that it looks badly upscaled from 1080 sp a lot of alias and bad edges 😞

any tips on what to check?
