Hi could you tell me is there an update to be able to access itv and channel 4 on the KDL-32WD751?

Hi there

Unfortunately ITV Player and 4OD are catchup apps that are not supported on your TV. Only Android TV with YouView enabled will have access to those two catchup streaming apps.

Hi there

If the BT Box is the BT YouView box, then yes those catchup players are available:

However I would confirm with BT before doing anything.
