I've tried using smart remote RMF-ED004 with my Sony Android TV but it doesn't seem to work when I try to pair it via Pair remote control it pairs only via pairng through bluetooth but then the tv does not react to it? Do you have any idea what to do?

Hi,

Three things are neccessary:

1. TV unpluged from electricity mains

2. Batteries removed from Touchpad Remote and then inserted again. Preferably new ones.

3. While pressing the touchpad area(third action) you MUST see the two red blinks. If not then it is not reset.

How do you pair via Bluetooth? Try to unpair and also unpair everything else is paired and do the reset procedure as @chrgray wrote before.
