Sony Remote RMT-TX100D quality issues

Hi Guys!

I have a couple questions for You.

I have a KDL-50W809C with the standard remote RMT-TX100D. The remote has two problems.

1. Squeaking nosie when using the navigational buttons, and Discovery Button. Does somebody has the same problem? link to video: https://youtu.be/Eo1XskqdFOg

2. The angle in which can I use the remote is very narrow and I alway have to point directly on the Sony logo to be able to control the TV. Does anybody has same angle problems? link to video: https://youtu.be/NBh9CxxddFI

3. Is the standard remote by 2016 Android TVs also Infrared or only Bluetooth? Is it compatible with the 2015 Models? RMF-TX200u

So... The second problem is solved with a simple battery swap.... shame on me 😕

But I would still appreciate answers for the 1. and 3. questions.

i have 2 sony & 1 philips TV. all of them android & i am very satisfied.

BUT unfortunately in REMOTE, even if buy by the official reseller (representative) of your country in some models (when you buy second due to damage after years) there is really Squeaking NOISE in some buttons (usually in the center......cursor up-down & right-left & OK) . as a previous member writes too before me. it's true 😞

this make us not happy & must reconsider it!!!

because SONY has a good name in market.......
