Can you please explain the exact issue that Sony had with its network yesterday/last night?
I would also like to bring up another important factor - Crashing TV's - 8 Blinking lights. This occured not just to me, but my mum also (who just phoned me, to tell me her problems last night), as well as the reported issues on the Sony USA forums.
My concern is that a network outage should NOT crash a whole TV. You couldn't even change the TV channel/volume or anything.
For me personally, I would like to know what happened yesterday, and how it can be prevented in the future?
